Paper submissions should be done using ConfTool system (please use this link), which firstly requires authors to register and then proceed to the submission, review, corrections, etc.

Guidelines for full paper

The authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit full papers until 30th April 2018.

Each paper will go through a two-step blind reviewing process.

Please take a note that full papers submitted for review should not include the authors’ names and affiliations.

All papers accepted to the EEM 2018 must be presented to the audience through oral presentation or poster. The working language of the conference is English which will be used for all printed and electronic materials during presentations and discussions.

Conference papers are limited to a maximum of five pages. The templates below will produce a paper that satisfies PES formatting requirements.

The registration is available via ConfTool system. Please note that the June, 1st is a deadline for early bird registration. The status "author" and "student author" in registration process will be available after final paper notification.

Preparation of the final version of accepted papers

Authors of accepted papers should provide camera ready paper with transferring copy rights to the IEEE for publication in IEEE Xplore. We kindly ask that you resubmit the full paper and upload IEEE Copyright Form by 22nd June 2018 using conference system ConfTool.
